To do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; To help other people at all times; To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight.
That's their frickin' motto man. Has been for decades, still is.
Who the frick teaches that to kids nowadays and don't tell me the scouts don't still teach that shite because I here them teach it every single week.

I’m aware of a Boy Scout leader (adult) who became so just for the purpose of grooming boys into what he still believes were consensual sexual relationships - Multiple boys.
Oh further, this happened while he was in the military and the boys were children of other servicemen. He served his federal time at Levenworth and is now out. Still believes the boy was in love with him.
So there’s that.....

Why do 40+ year old men brag about being an Eagle Scout? From what i've seen all it takes is building a bench in the park.
