If you can afford it and it moneys out that’s still the best option but there are a few leases out there that have solid warranties and performance guarantees from companies that do a good job. Plus you get some benefit from their project level diligence and price modeling.

Correct they’re third party owned. The benefit from the tax credit is baked into the price. Typically passed through at about 22% after everyone takes their piece of it.

If this is true then we should cover the entire state of Arkansas in solar panels. They can finally add something to the U.S. besides the Clintons.
