Social media is literally destroying society..........Discuss

I remember the days of having to pick up the phone and call a girl. Not only that but you had to work your game through conversation. The art of communication is dying now because people dont even talk anymore. All FB does is breed false validation and acceptance through how many "likes" they get. Not to mention, 1 bad pic or post that gets leaked and has the potential to alter the rest of your life negatively. I am scared of what the world will look like when my kids hit their teens in 10 more years.
