Social media and your picture

Company I work for is doing a huge push this year to be more active on social media. So much so, that every entity within the company is required 'X' amount of posts on Facebook per day.
The head honcho runs around like a maniac snapping pictures constantly of customers enjoying the business.
Question to the OT is, would you be OK with your picture being broadcast all over Facebook?

I'd put in my two weeks at Chucky Cheese if I was you.

which is it?
are you in retail or food service?
First, I would object severely to my picture (even in the background) out on social media. Second, shouldnt there be some release form if they are going to be so prolific?

The boss sounds like an idiot

According to a survey published in September 2011, 36% of all unlikes on Facebook are because a company was posting too much. This means that a user is irritated enough to go over to settings on the actual Facebook page and complete the actions to unlike the page.

The women at my office would revolt if their pictures were plastered on FB without heavy editing and touching up.

Hell yea! I've been trying to get my head shots out there for years.

Head honcho is nuts. I can't stand companies that post too much.

Over a billion and a half people. This is the 2016 version of "I don't even own a TV".

No one wants daily posts from a business in their feed.

Do what you do I don't enjoy social media if only for the reason that I could really care less about what you had for breakfast

Good for you. You asked who still uses Facebook. I answered.

Never did Facebook, never will. As far as I know, my picture is not on any social media, and I don't want it there. I was asked once if I wanted to be in an ad for an employer. I said no, and they chose someone else. All is well.
