Do you lather yourself in soap and shampoo your hair before turning the shower on, or do you get in first? So why would hand soap be different?

Yeah. But he handles his sweaty fungus filled junk to pee and walks out w/o washing his hands? weird shite. And I've seen a few dudes do that too. (not knowing about their junk, but still, nasty) Wash hands post piss!

Interesting fact (maybe): That foamy soap in those dispensers in public bathrooms were put there by the green people to make pre-wetting your hands unnecessary. They don’t work. It’s like washing your hands with paste.

My penis is under 2 layers of clothing and probably the cleanest skin on my body. Why wash after touching clean skin?
ETA - I don’t do this, but was at a conference many years ago and heard a guy explain this and it kinda makes sense

I don’t really know if I have a set order of hand washing at home.
But in a public restroom where the damn outdo faucets don’t always work, I make sure they work before soaping my hands.

Soap, if you put the water first, the soap will slide off. Rub in the soap and then put the water.
