Ask them if America is a democracy.
You can also ask them if you elect the president or if you elect a group of people to go to a convention and represent your interests in choosing a president by voting a number of times equal to an equation which distributes votes on a state by state basis going by population.

To be honest, I think most unproductive people do not vote anyways. Only 53% of able voters cast a ballot in the last election. You have to be pretty daggum lazy with all the early voting, absent ballot, and voter ID laws nowadays not to vote.

Uhhh no, it would be no different than getting a receipt from Goodwill when you donate shite.
If you volunteer you simply get a receipt to use when filing your taxes to show you weren't a complete waste of space.

There is just as many unproductive white people is what white people say to prove they are not racist. We have a major problem if whites have the same number of unproductives as other minorities. White population out numbers everyone else combined. We should in theory have a lot more unproductive people.

Sorry. Anyone who is employeed by any level of government shouldn't be permitted to vote until 6 months after they are no longer a government employee.
I guess you could separate it by government level (city, state, etc.).
The same goes for welfare recipients.
You give up rights when you join the military. It should be, you give up rights when you join the government.

How do you define productive? Are retirees and (legitimate) disabled people unproductive? What are full time college students?
Lobbyists get rich by asking Congress to vote their clients our hard earned money but are technically private sector. Military, police, firefighters, teachers...all public sector but do important work. Even trash collectors fall into that category in spite of their low prestige.
The prison industry, ethanol, Wall Street, megabanks...all producers on paper but dependent on corporate welfare and government regulation.
And all of that is before you account for government intrusion when it comes to social issues. Why should the government be allowed to kick down your door over weed or even method if you have no say in governance?
