So when should I expect my very 1st govt. issued check to roll in.

First thing Im gonna do is buy a big bag of Acapulco gold, then Im going to hit the casinos and bingo halls. Wait, my kids are not in school. No big deal, Im gonna go anyways.

Well, here's the thing...
Have you paid close attention to the terminology they are using regarding these checks?
TAXPAYERS will be getting checks from the Treasury. Not citizens, persons, people, inhabitants. Not residents, persons of record, visitors, enrollees.
Taxpayers.
Not tax leaches.
