So what's going on with LA Alcohol and Tobacco Control?

What the hell is going on here? I know someone on here has some inside information.

Waitress refused to give me a beer yesterday bc I didn't have my ID (usually wouldn't have been a problem)... She said ATC was OOC recently.

I used to work in the same building with the ATC cowboys and it wouldn't surprise me if they were showing their displeasure with Troy Hebert. They're the kind of guys who would do something like this.
