So what is the full details regarding Jacob Blake incident

All I have seen is the short 10 second video. Any articles I try to research does nothing but state the obvious of what you see in the video, but can't find any real details anywhere.
On Social media, the narrative, I have seen shared is that he was breaking up a fight, and was relieved when cops came, and he was simply going to his car to drive his kids home.
Of course I don't buy that narrative, so what's the real story for what happened before the video starts recording. Why were the cops called, and what made them detain Jacob, and no one else. Was Jacob already resisting arrest before walking to his car.

100% a total and complete lie and we know that for a FACT.
He was a felon with an active arrest warrant for RAPE, that was trespassing at a person's home that had a restraining order for Domestic Violence against him.
That person called the police on him (which you can hear on the scanner).
Police were fully aware of his arrest history, including pulling a gun in a bar and resisting arrest when they arrived.
He resisted arrest, was TAZED TWICE to no avail, fought police outside, HAD A KNIFE HE WAS TOLD TO DROP...
Police pulled guns and asked him to stop several times, he instead opened his door, and reached inside his vehicle, when he was shot.
A KNIFE WAS FOUND INSIDE HIS VEHICLE ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE FLOORBOARDS.

What Fun Bunch wrote is pretty accurate. I have never been clear on if he had knife on resin and another in the car.

Is this accurate, or maybe poorly worded?
I was under the impression this was either a separate incident or he was out on bail from this arrest. In other words, the rape charge wasn’t why they were there.
