Park, 10:00 PM, 17 year old girl. You’re clearly trying to establish an alibi. You were there looking for some trouble and it didn’t go as planned. So now you’re scared that the cops are going to find you and this is your alibi. I’ve never walked my dog in a park at 10:00 at night and been approached by a 17 year old girl. This story is full of lies.

Texas has another law which can push consent age to 18 based on inducement (persuasion and influence). It’s Under sexual performances, but it also has an “or” phrase to include sexual conduct by itself and has had courts rule this way.
