Time to break this down...
-"Smoking hot" means she's had plenty of opportunities for relationships, it also means she's always getting attention from other guys
- "never had a stable relationship" in combination with the previous point means she makes bad choices (she's batshit crazy, purposely goes after shitty guys or some combination)
Putting someone like that with Joe Loser whose just happy to be banging teh hotnezz means she settled. Chicks that just settle -especially hot ones that make bad relationship choices- means she's going to be banging someone else the moment she gets tired of his mooching.
