eah he admitted to it. I could tell the guy wasn't very bright when he opened his mouth. I told him if he couldn't get anyone to pull him out I'd grab the tractor and come pull him out. I told him to make me his last resort cause I got shite to do
Don't. Saw a case here where same thing happened. Mudhole near Canton. Guy used a truck to pull and it ripped the whole damn suburban off the chassis. No lie. SHould've used a backhoe.

Would they take the offer?
Depended on the situation and how big of a dick we felt like being, you could really frick em if you told them you would pull em out for $350 and they said well they had a buddy who could come get them and I would say that's great but your buddy is getting arrested for trespassing the moment he sets foot on my land
They would do a lot of squirming

We have a bayou that splits our property and on one side I have my office and the other side is a useless floodzone area. He's stuck in the useless area.
A working dumbass trap doesn't sound that useless to me.

you think killing someone for trespassing is justifiable?
I dont think im the one that will be seeing prison if we were to play this out.
I never said it was the "right thing to do".
But if you are on his property, he can shoot you. I'm sorry you don't understand the law...hope neither of theses scenarios happen to you...because you'll either be dead or in prison for killing someone on their own property.
basically...when you step foot on someone else's property, you're forfeiting your rights until you leave or at least make an attempt to leave.

you have the right to defend your property. Especially if you have a sign up that warns them

You should charge people to come and watch them get out.
You can clearly see them from Hwy 74. They are only about 50 yds off the road. I'm surprised a cop hasn't passed by and seen them yet.

If you were for his actions, then there is little more I need to know about you.
Either way, the situation worked itself out. If it were my kid, he would not have played again that year, period.

you think i would go to prison for feeling my life is endangered when you shot a gun at me and i protected my life by removing the threat?
to reiterate....
you gave up your right to feel endangered the first step you took upon someone else's property.
