Reality is that farming animals for slaughter is terribly inefficient and a poor udrbif natural resources.
Reality is that beef is delicious and I have never had a broken bone.
Cows are slow. We would be dropping them with rifles if we weren't farming them.

I've never had a problem. It's almost like what an appropriate diet is for a person is dependent upon genetic factors, and there is no 'one-size-fits-all' way to proscribe eating habits.

Baw, my people have been eating and drinking lactose so long that it's almost necessary.
Your people are probably overweight, out of shape, and don't know the true feeling of being healthy and taking better alternative routes for the same type of nutritional benefits.

Ignore all these hippies and their junk science. Milk and dairy products are fine in moderation and are good sources of protein and vitamins.
Ignore their baseless talk about the dangers of hormones - you'll notice they leave out the fact that soy and flax and beans all have hormones in them, as well. Their agenda is not health, it is the same old hippie agenda - they want us to stop seeing their pal Bessie the Cow as lunch.
As for added hormones and antibiotics, research has largely determined the levels safe for consumption in dairy products.
