Dude you could have messaged me and I would have hooked you up with a prescription for Zepbound from Lilly direct. It costs $350 per month but that is cheaper than dealing with 2 women and now a divorce.
ETA: If it comes from Lilly (the drug manufacturer) it is much more effective than the compound stuff that pharmacies have been making.

I was waiting for him to say that he just trolling and not serious, but he hasn't. That makes me think he was being serious and has disappeared because he was outed.
