If y'all own a home, ultimately you have 2 options:
1. He leaves the primary residence

If you choose option 2, it needs to be a surprise to him. In other words,
when y'all wake up to get ready for work and he leaves to go to the office -- you stay at the house because the movers are already lined up. With in a few hours, he will be served Divorce Papers. By the time he served and jumps in his car to haul arse home, all of your personal belongings are being unloaded at your new temporary apartment. And of course, you have already gotten new separate checking'/savings and financials in order and are officially active.
Once a cheater - always a cheater.
