I first saw this as "Is there a simple way to teach pedo".. In other words I thought you wanted to teach people how to be pedophiles.

I think you have to first teach them the rules and the points, obviously.

THen you need to play a few hands showing everyones cards and explain why each person should play certain cards.

Then you just have to play. Only way to get better at pedro is to play more.
You have to keep it basic at first, and then as you actually start playing more, and the hands are done, everyone starts talking about why they did what they did. You just have to go into a bunch of games with newbies knowing you're going to talk during the hands. For instance, if an experienced player on the other team throws a J or 10 on your A, then you should probably stop to explain to the newbies what that player probably has left in their hand, either nothing, a peed, or possibly the K or a 10.
There's no one way to do certain things.
For instance, if you had AKQ double peed, what would you bid and how would you play it depending on what everyone drew? There's a lot of variable that go into how you bid that hand and then how you play it. Explaining that to a newbie could make their head explode if they haven't played a few games yet and gotten the jist of things.
