Of all that shite you wrote, the only potential gay tendency is not interested in talking to girls when he goes out.
The other stuff you listed has nothing to do with the gay. Not married? No relationship? Mom buys stuff for him? Likes to be neat? Seems like he has a good thing going. If he would just get some pussy now and then, sounds like he figured out life.

Sounds like the guy may be either suppressing his gayness, or is OCD and has social anxiety which may explain his odd behavior and avoidance of the opposite sex.
Does he have a very limited circle of friends? How does he act when he is drunk? That would be the major tell to me.

He admits to being severely OCD about everything as well as being a sociopath.
He keeps very few friends close.
When he's drunk he's the typical loud as frick annoying drunk most of the time. But even drunk he still doesn't try to talk shite to girls.

Maybe he's just got very little to no sex drive. If he's severely OCD he may be on anti-depressants that tends to kill most people's sex drive.
