frick that. It is apparent that she needs to be taught a lesson on decency, good form, and appreciativeness. OP gave her a three-day window of when he would be available to gratuitously help her. She blatantly disregarded his schedule by selecting the two days that he was unavailable as she didn't want to be inconvenienced.
There are no shortages of moving companies and services out there, many of which could help her move on Monday or Tuesday. I would firmly suggest she start looking into getting one booked.

I have fantasized about it over the years, but in reality no. Talking to her is exhausting. I like to minimized my time with her. She's the type of person where most jokes go over her head. If you end up not helping her move, you have to follow up by letting a couple of weeks go by and asking her to help you with something. Not sure what, but it should be something that takes a little effort and causes at least a bit of inconvenience.
