The terrible humans are people like you that believe if an elderly woman has a mixed race baby or someone isn't speaking english that they are automatically trashy. And yeah...I see all the white people in your picture from the 50's. People like you are what have me concerned about the state of humanity

Fairs around the country aren't what they once were due to the population shift from agrarian to urban.
Fairs were setup to showcase skills of the populace whether that was growing produce, livestock, cooking, or other home economist skills. They were also used to introduce new technologies in the agricultural fields.
Those basic life skills that were taught for years have gone by the wayside, so fairs are essentially cheap entertainment for the masses now with no exhibits.

My county is fairly rural, so it was an awesome opportunity to see hundreds of super trashy wypipo with bad tats, fat women in sweat pants, and your basic dregs of society. The guy who I stood behind in the ticket line had on an old basketball jersey (Gasol), skinny jeans, and black suede shoes

I would put the terrible human : decent human ratio at around 4:1.
Also, few of the ride operators speak English.
It makes me sad to think about what our country is becoming.
