Sweet.
Birmingham.

Just bring your next best.

You never know what could happen.

You’re going to want to be there anyway.

Just go.

Bring a couple tanks and let the good times roll.

Sad for you.

I had something similar happen to a line of long guns I had laid up against the spare bed’s footboard. I opened the door to go in to fondle one of them and our tomcat rushed in there and went under the bed. I yelled for it to get out, it spooked and shot past the middle of the line of butt stocks and it started the domino effect. There were some marks on some rifles and scopes here and there. Needless to say I was more careful in the future.

I don’t care for cats….

Same. My daughter use to have a cat in the house and it got into my model room one day and knocked a couple off one of the shelves.

He’s an outside cat now.

Competitive Modeling is getting very cut-throat, Darth. Your competition at the model show obviously paid off the Cleaning Lady to wreck your shite.

Let this be a lesson to you.

Get a curio cabinet, baw.

That's how I have mine displayed at home. Those things are wayyy too fragile to leave out in the open with others around. People who don't grasp the value and fragility of a collectible are not going to take appropriate care and in their defense, a good model airplane is fragile AF.

I remember I had a B-17 model when I was a kid on a mount on top of my bedroom TV. Loved it. My sister came in my room without a care in the world and smoked it. Got knocked off the stand and busted to shite. When I confronted her about it she gave zero fricks because it was "just a stupid model airplane." I was tempted to go destroy something in her room that I knew she assigned value to and I didn't to make a point but I am proud to say that I was able to remain the bigger man and refrain.

I built a carrier when I was a kid. If I remember right it was the USS Kitty Hawk. One day I came in my room and noticed it was gone. Of course my dumbass brother claimed to know nothing about it. I only found it months later under some lineages in the woods. He’s broke it and took it out there to the woods to hide it.

As frustrating as this is, at least their company has ethics.
