X10 reps in a single set and now I can barely walk.

Yay...I feel like man now.

frick the haters. If you haven't done it in a long time, your stabilizing muscles aren't used to it and 135 lbs feels like a ton. Keep it up, you'll get stronger in no time

keep it up OP. If you haven't squatted in years any weight will hurt the stabilizers

If he hasn't gotten under a bar in ten years, it's something to be proud of.

Hell, I'm proud of the OP.

No not at all.

It's like my boss the other day bragging that he can bench 215lbs.

My question, are you a child?

About 12-13 years and a few reconstructive knee surgeries.

I'm simply trying to raise awareness of squat rehabilitation.

I feel your pain brother, I inherited bird legs. Stick with it and the numbers will shoot up over the next 2-3 weeks.

If you can bench 135 then you're all set.
