From a market perspective for both women and men it’s a question of inclination and opportunity.

In other words many men are monogamous because most women aren’t interested and they don't get tempted often. A man who can turn down a 4 every couple months and thinks he would never cheat might find himself in a different place if he were getting offers from 8-9s every week.

Same thing for women. An ugly woman who loses weight and jumps bra size can go from a 4 to a 7-8 quickly and the difference in attention from men is a lot for a woman who has never gotten validation from her looks to deal with. I’d argue the cheating here in most cases has little to do with the sex and more to do with the self esteem boost that comes with being attractive to higher value men.

Boobs are just fat so I figure this makes them look and feel way more natural than a typical silicone job

Actually yes and my mother in law is having that exact procedure done on March 6th. She is a breast cancer survivor and her current implants are now thought to cause cancer so she is having them removed and replaced with this procedure. Everybody is kinda nervous about it because it’s a difficult procedure that requires a lot of vascular work and there is only one dr in the state that can do it.

I knew a guy that did this or the liposuction thing around his belly and love handles. He looked retarded. Just a fat guy (man boobs and flabby arms) with a small waist.

I think he thought he was more ‘fit’ up top than what he was.
