I don’t have a budget. I know I spend at least 10k between bills and bullshite each month.
Wife spends $2500 for mortgage and the rest of the bills. I have $500 a month in bills for car insurance, gym, and home alarm. I pay $1000 a month for my F-250 and about 5k a month for hunting, fishing, drinking eating out, and other random shite.
Theres a problem in there somewhere

20k total after taxes. But out of that has to come bills and expenses. 4K/month mortgage is killer tho

5k after taxes is all I need.

Who do you have auto insurance with?

I wouldn’t know what to do with $10K a month lmao
I bring home like $4,800 a month. I’m single, no kids and live like a king, imo. Don’t want for anything and pretty much do whatever I want.
A lot of it is travel. I’m in Marco Island right now for 5 days and thought about going to Turks for another 5-7 days after. I’m going to South Texas for a Dove hunt in a couple of weeks then to Boston for a few days to catch Sox vs Yankees. We still may do Turks for Christmas this year.

After taking a quick glance at your post history, you're either full of shite in this thread or absolutely terrible with money. Unbelievably terrible

Are you talking about me not being able to afford a SXS?

So, you're asking how much I make?

I hope you at least have a king ranch or platinum for that note.

Jesus man
There is no way of knowing whether this is too much or not without knowing the details of the purchase.

I take home about $2100/mo and am pretty content. I don’t have extravagant tastes. I enjoy the simple things in life. My car is paid for and my rent is about $400/month. I take zero government assistance. I treat myself to a medium priced toy(~$200) every so often. I don’t keep a budget and I still have what I consider a comfortable cushion in my bank account.
25k/year give or take.
Its not about how much you make but how much you spend.

Around $12,500/mo. is my tipping point. Around $2,500/mo. is “spending money” after all bills/routine expenses are paid. Less than that and my lifestyle changes.

About 20k a month after taxes.

2500 is easily enough to live on a month.

You live with like 6 other guys though.

Our basic budget including two daycare payments is ~$4800. We’re lucky to not have any car payments or other debt.
Once my wife goes back to work in November after spending time with the baby, our monthly income after taxes will be $7000.
