We don’t do gifts. Christmas is also her birthday so we’ll go eat dinner. She thinks gifts are a waste of money. Save the money and we’ll have a bigger vacation budget.

My wife makes her own money and buys whatever she wants. There are no gifts.

Nothing.
We don't exchange gifts because we are materialistic assholes who buy what we want when we want it.
We do, however, get a hotel room in NOLA on Christmas Day and spend the day bar-hopping, watch the Christmas parade, go all out ordering at Doris Metropolitan, and then get drunk and head back to the hotel. That's gift enough for me.

What do you mean by this? Collecting glassware is a hobby of mine, much to my SO's frustration
I'm really into the vintage printed glasses. 
I am ordering a gold and glass bar cart, and these are a must on it.
