So does the Grim Sleeper and Samuel Little finally put to rest the ...

... the old FBI claim that black men are not serial killers?
Because for decades that was the mantra.
Grim Sleeper is the nickname for convicted serial killer Lonnie David Franklin Jr., ... he's going to die in the gas chamber.
And Samuel Little may go down as the most prolific in history as of today. He's claiming 90+ ... that he can remember. And like most, he is highly intelligent with a photographic memory.
I used to wonder why only white men were serial killers.

I don't think it was a denial, just that statistically it's a fact that they're not the dominant race that commits serial murders.

I'm pretty sure that race has very little to do with it.
Maybe heritage. Eastern European ancestry appears to have a proclivity for it.
It's a big thing among Latinos as well. South and Central America has more serial killers than any other region in the world.
But yeah, here in the U.S. we've had our fair share of Eastern European heritage serial killers.
Then ... there's the women. Plenty of female serial killers out there and they can be the scariest IMHO.

When is it serial killing and when is it genocide? Like Kagame above or Hitler or Cambodia, Khmer Rouge ... Pol Pot. Stalin, Mao, et al.
They ordered the murder of millions. Are they serial killers?

Oh dude. That was big news back in the day ... long before he blew up the fellow inmate in prison. (Was later depicted in the Bad Boys movie with Sean Penn and Clancey Brown.)
He was one sick little bitty frick. My Mom actually attended his trial in Newberry when they first caught him and tried him as a serial killer. She took copious notes, still has them. We were just talking about him over Thanksgiving because Mom still has this book, "A Piece of the Fox's Hide" which is another damn interesting read in that genre.

it's likely that the unsubs are very skilled in forensic countermeasures, so not much of a data base on them
