So does anyone know people who "knew" the 2 La. CV deaths?

We've just had our second death and there's no way that someone in the NO area doesn't know of "someone who knew someone". The first one was 58 and the second was 53. Don't have to tell us names but give us some info on their conditions.

That's what I want to know from someone "who knew someone who knew them". Did they have underlying health issues? Asthma, COPD, smoker, etc?

People are using this as some sort of crutch to think it wont happen to them or theirs.
Truth is easily 50%+ of the population in Louisiana has a major medical condition.
For the mathematically challenged in this thread:
50% have cardiovascular issues
36% are obese
13% are diabetic
That ignores asthma, COPD, cancer, and liver disease.
