Those are the only ones I even consider using.

Do you not have an immune system? What nasty virus do you think is waiting for you on that glass?

ETA: I sure hope you don't touch any door knobs throughout the day.

If I don't wear my glasses, I can't see. So, yes, I do use glasses in a hotel room.

Assuming this was an unwrapped glass; Do you think the maid used telekenisis to put it in your room?
How would she not get fingerprints on it?

Stayed at a hotel in Baton Rouge and there was a glass in the room with red lipstick. I brought it to the front desk and asked for disposable glasses. They sent up 4 glasses with fingerprints and wipe streaks on 3 and lip marks on the 4th

Yes. And I use the remote. And wear the bathrobe.

Germs don't scare me and I never get sick.

When I used to dip I'd use them as a spit cup if nothing else was available. Sorry.

Clorox wipes.

I bring my own glass.

Always use the plastic deal to line the ice bucket.

The comforter is a good thing to avoid as well.

I make sure to fart in every single glass in the room and put the paper / cardboard lid back on just before I leave. I'm sure the maids or the next occupants will get a nice surprise!

Best advice ever:

Take the comforter/cover off the bed and toss it on the floor.

It's the dirtiest thing in the room- they rarely wash it.

Just use the sheets- they are cleaned regularly in most decent hotels.

Ditto on the remote. I know some people who bring a Ziploc baggie and put it over the remote.

If the glasses look clean- I wash them and use them. I prefer the plastic ones wrapped in plastic.

Never had to use the glasses before. I always use the disposable cups if available.

Now the coffee machine in the room...no telling what has been run through that. If I'm desperate I still use it though.

I crank the pure hot water in the sink and let it run for about a minute and clean them first. The alcohol I'm putting in them will kill anything left.
