I tend to think that way too.
Then I realize there really are differences and what one culture enjoys another simply doesn't.
Why try to force or shame blacks into celebrating in a white way? Or whites into accepting over the top behavior?
It's how we get videos like what's been posted in this thread.
It's okay to be different. And separate if all parties so choose.

It's not a white v black thing. Asians and hispanics and Indians and any other race you want to throw in there all comport themselves the same way. It's only the blacks acting a damn fool. And we all know it.

If they enjoy celebrating in an over the top way, they should be able to do so without shame or condemnation.
No more than I should have to sit through their antics should they be forced to sit through a boring, sedate whitebread convention.
Electively separate graduation ceremonies would benefit all parties. If a third, fourth, fifth, etc.. group wants their own too, let them. Forced association is fair to no one.
