I'm going to cry myself to sleep tonight thinking of her.

LOL, and this isn't an ad attempt, I REALLY need help with this.
Yeah why I said if you were lean and mean then look at different options, but first lose excess weight to make sure you know how bad it is. As another said sleep apnea is highly connected to weight, but still possible for you.
Btw - has your wife mentioned any difference when you dont drink your scotch at night? Last time you've gone weeks or a month w/o drinking to see if thats a factor? I like cutting out potential factors I add in, before hitting the "meds" or other things. Get as close to zero on the outside influences you can control for a period of time, and you can have a better discussion with your doctor about it. Also, you can truly test out these types of things to see if they really work. it's like giving something a review, and leaving out a key known factor that would obviously counter any benefits.

True, just saying I think I can rule out weight. I think it's more the anatomy of my pallet.
I don't drink that often, 3-5 beers on a Saturday night, never during the week. It's less than once a month that I'll drink scotch. I think I may be slightly allergic to something in scotch and/or red wine since it seems to close off my sinuses some, exacerbating the snoring.
If I do a sleep study and they determine I have sleep apnea, what is the solution?
Is it one of those damn Dart Vader mask CPAP things?
I don't think I could sleep with one of those things on. I wore braces as a kid and could NEVER fall asleep wearing the head gear.

The sleep study is just to confirm your sleep apnea and to determine what level it is at. I refuse to wear the mask shite which is why I have the somnomed mouthpiece.

I just went to the dentist for this same problem. He said getting fitted for this mouthpiece after insurance was 1500. I have sleep apnea but not severe but I do have it. So my question is should I go get the Moses mouthpiece or get one fitted from my dentist that cost so much?
Thx

How long did it take? I’ve been on one for 2 months now, I’m finally getting to where it doesn’t bother me so much and I can regulate my breathing pretty good, but I only sleep for an hour then I’m wide awake and can’t go back to sleep. I get up for work at 5:30 so I get aggravated and take it off. I’m determined to beat this damned thing, but it’s taking forever.

She has striations (small stretch marks) on the side of the upper thigh.

Get the sleep study done. Sleep Apnea can cause strokes or death. I hated the mask at first but after about 2 weeks I wont give it up. I even nap in mime. I was given other choices other than cpap. When your study is done they will inform you.

It just relaxes the parts that don't need relaxing...don't get in a fight with that weak jaw, bro...a clip will likely turn out the lights

The one from the dentist. The ones you can buy from the store don't work at all.

Keto diet solved my snoring problem, yeah also helps to drop 10-20 lbs, unless you’re really bad off and need to lose more.

You had me at family curse. Lose weight before you do anything.
