We quite truly went cruising around town with big American flags in trucks and blaring Lee Greenwood

It seems so ridiculous now. There were waiting lists and shortages on American flags.

There should be another classifiction for people born 1980-1989. I was born in 1983 right before the NES came out and I grew up with the internet, saw it go from prodigy and AOL to highspeed (I had a 9600 baud modem) and computers went from no hard drives monochrome EGA screns and 5.5" floppys to CDs and 100+ MB to 1 GB hard drives and thousands of colors screens. Hell, I remember when a CORDLESS phone was a huge deal. Cable television too. I remember that hitting with the converter boxes.

We had pagers and not cell phones until high school, kids born in 1990 had highspeed internet, cell phones, and n64, playstation, and CDs/mp3s by the time they were 5 years old. That's a huge gap.

If you remember life before cell phones and the internet, you are not a millennial. Plain and simple

Heck yea.

Had this bad boy on it to. On road trips my brothers would be playing their fancy gameboys and having to turn them off and watch me play by dusk. Backlit screen FTMFW.

'89 baby here. Grew up playing outside, collecting baseball cards and getting my arse torn up with a switch when necessary. The height of my technological savvy back then was PS1 and 3-way calls.

Today's teens and I did not come up in the same world. If I have to be lumped in with these retards then let's at least establish some distinctions.

Prime example why there needs to be a middle class of 1980-1989 kids IMO

It's honestly really stupid and annoying that someone who is 30-35 is a millennial today.

It's because you have the same shitty political opinions and social views as the younger millennials.
