There were plenty of witnesses to this as the NOPD said there were four people in Smith's Mercedes, two people in the Hummer, and two in the Impala. Also does not count the people who were at the bar who watched things unfold.

OK Sherlock. Let's hear your version of events. Did Hates or did Hates not run into the back of Smith's SUV on purpose? Did jailforlife or did not jailforlife have a loaded 45 on him?

Ill just go on record as saying that i have more details than you do about the incident.

hayes is gonna walk, watch. He's gonna claim self defense and now will had a loaded gun in his car. If toxicology comes back that will had a few drinks this will be a slam dunk for the defense team. Will gets drunk, hits a car, runs off fearing a DWI. Cardell stops him, fears for his life and caps him.

He isn't being an a-hole. You are the arse hat that came out and said you knew everything about what happened. Then you don't give up any of the details you know.

In every thread like this there is always someone that posts a comment like you did.
The most recent was the one about the OB/GYN that was killed by his wife on the NS. Posters claimed "such and such" was gonna happen b/c they had "inside info".

Every one of them was completely wrong.

Point being, if you know something, fine.

Just don't be the "inside info" guy b/c we've all heard that before.

Not being an a-hole. At all.

The gun found in Will Smith's car is the fulcrum of the case. Key question is where was it found and did Smith brandish it at defendant

If gun is in glove compartment or center console defendant has no defense. The closer it is to Smith's hand the better it is for the defense

I never said I know everything. I know more than he does though. That's a fact. Sorry I can't just come out and say everything during an active investigation.

If it was in the center console, then it was within arms reach of Smith when he was shot. I don't see how the gun being in the center console gives Hayes no defense.

I agree that it's not good for Hayes if it was in the glove compartment.

Hayes is going to jail IMO. It just probably won't be for second degree murder. Id guess manslaughter.

then why was Hayes charged w 2nd degree if there's some overwhelming version of events that took place?
