well describe to me what you see in this picture.

From the way Chad made it sound, I thought we had a detailed witness account speaking of Hayes rage and animal behavior

do you not hear the witness detailing they get out and start freaking out on the guy and then start screaming to will "we want to fight you". Its pretty detailed.

We now know that it was because Smith had just done a hit and run on him. Not justifying shooting for that alone.

But you kind of are justifying it. Some of you motherfrickers need some Jesus.

Maybe he just doesn't want to pay the mortgage since he's not working for the Raiders organization.

Yeah that's the witness. Chad is just putting a little exaggeration into it and choosing not to emphasize the part about Smith announcing he had a gun first. Shocking, I know.

The only thin the hit and run justifies is a possible reason to follow

The self defense claim will depend on the 20 seconds before the shooting

No I am justifying it when Smith announced he had a gun.

The argument will be that Smith had just done a hit and run and announced to Hayes he had a gun.

Hayes was threatened that this person who had just done a hit and run was a threat to shoot him with the gun he announced.

Shoot before being shot.

Jury decide

It only justifies the follow for some idiot with a gun and little to no insurance. I'm pulling over and calling USAA. Every time.

Everybody had something to prove. One dead and one in jail. For what? Pride?

You want to not discuss why smith said this. That is most important basis of what this is depending on.

Announcing you have a gun warrants being shot to death?

If that announcement was coupled with a move to retrieve/draw said gun, then maybe.

They won't be able to prove that, even if he had a gun.

No, he didn't really pull over all the way; he was still blocking traffic behind him. He wasn't pulled over all the way to the parking meters.

Do you acknowledge that Hayes stopped due to traffic between him and the intersection?
