It's an accurate statement. Drew did say this. I listened to all of WWL radio interviews yesterday.

1st degree is life without possibility of parole.

Manslaughter can be 15-40 years with hard labor; parole possible.

Hard labor would make that fat fuk Cardell Hayes either get really skinny or die from over-exertion.

and what is your fricking point? Did I say that its now factual that there are people in the backseat. I said something that drew said not relaying it as factual. You're not the bright kind of kid are you.

i'm pointing out things drew said and he said he talked to an immediate family member. Did I base any of my arguments off of any of those things he said?

Doesn't matter. Drew Brees was not there. He wasn't at the scene. He wasn't in the car. He really should keep quiet and let the NOPD do their job rather than spreading rumors, whether factual or fabricated.

Well when you quote what he said "happened" in three different posts(I actually found more BS you quoted from Saint Drew), seems like you are taking his word for gospel or either just being the gossipy little bitch that you usually are. And actually I do seem a little bit brighter than you since I am not looking at this through black and gold glasses.

and called Thug a not so nice word in return for all of his abuse. At that point, he then said "I should hit you for saying that." I then replied that it was assault and battery.

Anyhow, he "left" and I eventually ordered and received my food. As he was punching me in the face, he asked me if my mother would be proud of me for calling him what I did. Funny thing is, he never mentioned how his mother would feel about him beating up a woman.
damn. You must have called him the N word

Ok, now I know you are truly stupid. What do you expect a criminal defense attorney to say? And so far, what he has said about the hit and run turned out to be true. Wonder what else he said is going to turn out to be true?

But Hayes' calling 911 and remaining at the scene doesn't.
That doesn't really mean much right now, to be honest.

Sure, it may mean it wasn't some planned hit, but it doesn't mean a guy can't shoot someone after a road rage incident and call 911 and stay at the scene afterwards realizing he F'ed up.

Big deal. Like its really going to matter to you what the outcome is. You have already held the trial in your own little mind and convicted him. Why don't you just walk into Central Lockup and carry out your sentence you want to give him? Fact is, only three people know what really happened, and one of them is dead.

You really shouldn't call people that. Tells me more about you than said thug. At the very least, if you are going to call people such things, learn to fight.

Her lashing out after 15 minutes of abuse is more indicative of what kind of person she is than what kind of person the abuser is?

Jesus Christ. Premeditation is not the difference between 1st and 2nd degree in LA. You people need to stop talking out of your asses like you're Perry Mason.
