yea, If you cover the mercedes in the video and just watch the hummer, it is a normal stop.
people think he is stopping abruptly because the Mercedes is in the frame and doenst slow down.

There was only a total of a half mile distance traveled. Its very plausible Hayes saw Will Smith getting into his high profile car leaving Sake Cafe. First intersection where Hayes and Smith passed, they were a good distance apart.

Yea I haven't kept up with this thread at all but if you look at the video, he stops in that same manner at Jackson Avenue. Maybe he's just a shitty driver but I don't think he did anything intentionally.

May as well bring it up here so Lester can look stupid here too. This video shows that the light on Magazine was actually green when the supposed hit and run occurred. You can clearly see the light change from yellow to red at 34 seconds. That makes Hayes's stop very out of place.

This is 100% assumption. Or did they release footage of Hayes sitting in his H2 outside the restaurant waiting. I'm sure they are tracking his original direction via cameras.

Definite possibility. Still doesn't explain why Hayes decided to randomly stop at a green light with no vehicles in front of him.
