quote:I already said that dumbass. If Hayes was threatening will, and smith said I have a gun, it is too late for Hayes to invoke self defense. You just don't want to listen do you?
You keep ignoring validity to why will is reaching for gun and telling this guy to get away. You can't rob a car and person in car says I have a gun and that gives legitimacy to robber pulling gun and shooting victim

But one of the first points you bought up in the original thread was Smith dragging his wife. And that was initially after news came out he was killed.
I don't see how that pertains to your hypothetical. What are you trying to imply?

No, I'm not. In specifically addressing LE and his perceived motiv. Never once did I say Smith wasn't capable of doing bad shite. I said he was shot and killed and people are recognizing him for the positive he has done

Clearly hit him and ran? You're making up facts. I don't see any contact.
Then why did Hayes try to pull over and why did Smith speed away?

Very common.
never go full Chadboi, bunchie. You are better than this.

Per witness that was the events, why I arguing with me rather than the guy posting meaningless intersection pics of where murderer didn't stop

Lester u keep not answering why he's brake checking 200 ft before intersection

funny thing is I read the stand your ground laws earlier and the defense may be able to bring in smith dragging his wife as evidence of him having a violent past.

If the witnesses corroborate that, then Hayes has an extreme uphill battle

That one of your first points if the roles were reversed might likely be something to the extent of him having a past of abusing his wife so this wouldn't surprise you. Why wouldn't it be if you bought it up in a real life scenario where he was killed?
I guess I'm implying that there is a specific reason you are knighting so hard but you won't state what it is. You are going the extra mile to try and prove everyone wrong. But maybe I'm just wrong.

He's on Magazine. Maybe he was trying to parallel park????
I swear, you people are acting like you've never driven a vehicle before and had to stop abruptly.

People will laugh at this but it's plausible.
All I know is there was some shady driving and reactions going on the entire way down magazine st.
Eta: cars at the light kind of break this theory.

Do you guys think there is going to be a video of the actual confrontation?
What the jury will hear (assuming Hayes testifies, which he likey will) is going to be two drastically different versions of the same story (assuming the wife lives and testifies, whixh it looks like she will).
Its will likely come down to which story is more believable, which could hinge on the wife's and Hayes' tox screens. There just aren't enough facts to say which side has the better case.

I was merely pointing out that Smith has had run in before. That's it.
I would defend Smith in the same situation. Ive met him before a few times, he isnt a bad guy by any means. But I know a lot of nice guys who's light can flip in an instant. Mix in alcohol and you truly dont know anyone

Im not trying to prove anyone wrong, but the facts that keep coming out are dispelling all of the original theories that Hayes was 100% guilty.
