next question is how drunk was Will Smith

What does that have to do with the fact he was shot in the BACK?

What was Hayes' BAC?

Looks like the suv bumped the hummer to me. May not have been hard enough to break glass.

I don't see anything on the video which indicates Hayes talked to a witness after the first rear end. He may have called 911 from his car, though. He may also have called after the shooting, but again, there will be a record of the call, so that will pan out one way or another.

More proof there's more to this than we know about.

he was probably not wanting to run over a pedestrian. you can see the light turn red(in the shadows) and people start crossing the street

It doesn't look that quickly no. Def nowhere close to "slamming on the brakes"

There is a red light right there. He was stopping at the red light. the road ends and it veers left, but there is oncoming traffic coming head on from a green light. It's not really a light you want to run. Smith had ample time to stop.

Still not a reason to chase Smith, rear end him, and shoot him to death. In seeing this video, I'd be shocked if there was any damage to the H2.

Doesn't look that way to me. Looks like the hummer was slowing down and the suv didn't and bumped him.

nothing directly.

But he clearly made some poor choices that night, in which impairment could have played a huge part.

at what point during this altercation does one become the "aggressor"? cause i think you could argue that rear ending a vehicle and then running is aggressive and erratic behavior

video that just came out of Will Smith hitting and running Hayes hummer before the shooting. Hayes even tries to pull to the side, Smith speeds off.

Why was he stopping 30ish yards before the light?

Are you serious? There was absolutely no damage to dipshits Hummer. He had to be a huge a-hole. His sorry arse didn't even check for damage. I hope that sorry motherfricker enjoys Angola.

I don't know why Hayes stopped where he did either. However, it isn't a quick stop.

I watched again. I was wrong originally. The shooter was stopping for a red light. Smith had enough time to stop. Smith hit and ran.
