My childhood friend did (and still does) too. I'd assume maybe she was full and didn't want to be rude, so I'd offer her an out and she'd always be like "Oh no no, I'm not finished"

I dated a girl my senior year of college for a few months and one of the things she did, out of many, that I couldn't stand about her was she was a VEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERY slow eater. I'm not a fast eater by any means, but I find it pretty bad how it takes you over an hour to eat like a burger and fries. Slow eaters are horrible.
