I have a friend who did that. She ended up having his child and running away with the other partner leaving him as a single father of a special needs child.

look, again, i am a "do what you want as a consenting adult" guy but stuff like marriage is a legal and moral commitment
people make mistakes and that's something different. this seems like it's a set up that can only end in utter failure
it doesn't appear that kids are in the picture or anything so it just doesn't make sense to get married

If you have no children and your girlfriend is having sex with other people I really can't see why someone would escalate the relationship any further. I guess if you aren't looking for a commitment it could be fun but certainly don't get married or have kids.
