Until my dying day I will say that IKEA missed one hell of an opportunity to open a store on the Northshore after Katrina. They would have made money hand over fist around there between Nee Orleans and Baton Rouge rebuilding. And then of course there was no way to predict this but the floods in 2016 would have just added to it.
