Trader Joe's
These places will print money wherever they decide to build one. I never understood why Nola hasn’t had one yet. There’s nothing more annoying than going to Vets for cookie butter and cauliflower pizza dough.
I guess TJ’s is very selective on where they build one.

I always thought about doing a Waitr type deal but for liquor/beer/etc. You and your buddies all too drunk to legally drive to the store? Don't worry about it. Just download our app and we'll bring it to you.

There are a whole mess of these (and other companies) in the PACNW and they make a killing.
Would like to open one up east of the Mississppi.

Despite all the carbs, Tim Horton's (of Canada) would thrive in the suburbs of most major US cities.

A place that only serves chicken tenders with fries and Texas Toast. We can throw in some shitty coleslaw and sauce to make it seem like they are getting more than they are in reality. Kicker is that we will slowly shrink our portions over time and change the size of the packaging so no one realizes it.
We will make a killing.
Ding ding ding!! Winner winner chicken dinner!!!
You can also tell people they can replace the slaw for extra fries. Then you just spread the regular fries around the box, and add like 2 more to cover the "extra".
you got a good one here brah. Congrats!!

Baton Rouge could use a good fast food taco place.
Maybe bring in a Taco Cabana or something near campus.

If you're getting anything other than an "extra toast" you're doing it wrong.

The couple of Trader Joe's that I've been to were in fairly small buildings (maybe 33% the size of a normal grocery store?). I haven't been to a Kmart since the 80s but I remember them being in huge buildings similar to Walmart.
