It is. The Nutrition Center is going to be over by Football Ops.
It is a legitimate concern for Fans. But there are public restrooms in the Athletic Administration Building (may or may not be open to the public on 2nd thought) on game day. There are also public restrooms outside in the corner of the parking lot of Athletic Administration Building.
For those that just can't wait, the railroad tracks still attract a certain element of Tiger Fans to micturate there as well.
