Momma moment:
Decide to do yoga while kids are playing nicely. Roll out mat. Kids decide, after ignoring you all morning, now is the perfect time to want to be with you. Spend next 10 min nicely asking them to leave you alone until you finish. They continue to ignore you and run around like crazy people in your once calm space. You yell like a crazy person at them to get out (they act like it's the first time you've spoken all morning). They finally give you space. Now you don't even WANT to do yoga.
Namaste in my room and eat these cookies until they calm down.

She is a sad, sad person
The top two images on her FB (which is completely open for the public to see) tells me everything I need to know about her.
______
If you want to publicly post images of your kids, then have at it.
If you want to publicly lambaste the government or members of those paid to protect us, then that's your right.
If you want to associate yourself with a controversial group/culture/organization/religion, then that's your right too.
But you'd have to be a complete moron (and totally ignorant of the real world repercussions, including those for your children) to post pictures of your kids alongside such controversy. Especially one that is significantly counter to the culture of the area in which you and your children live. I feel sorry for her kids. She may be a great mother outside of this, but this display is a significant lapse of judgment, IMO.
You'd also have to have your head way up your own arse to think that you can post such and be free from controversy yourself.
I rarely use FB anymore, but I've always tempered my statements/associations specifically because of my family/career. People act as if the internet is an insulated free for all; it's not.

Why would you advertise that you are on Medicaid? I'd be more ashamed than anything else

Sadly, to the left, this is a badge of heroism.

I know a couple of people who are like this. I think its one of those ways of dealing with a failure or fault. Some people feel that if you point out something negative about yourself before others do then it isn't so bad.
Then some people seem to be proud of such things...The ones I mentioned above speak about being on food stamps like they are proud of it.

We are looking at offering $10 per month weekly classes for both adults and children.
Seems to me that $10 a month is cheap for the amount of entertainment showing up to these could generate.

I'm all for lending a helping hand but it should be a temporary stop gap like unemployment, not a lifestyle.

I'm guessing it's similar to AA for retards. They compare events that triggered them and hug and cry about it.

I'm guessing you're not very good at your job.
But in fairness to her, she doesn't say it is therapeutic or even helpful. It's probably just her reading off tumbler blogs like a lecture.
