Yeah. Had a friend that taught in a public elementary school in EBR. One of her students threatened to rape her. Surprisingly, the student had a father at home. When he was called into the school to answer for his sons comment, he complimented his son on his taste.
The criminal justice system is meant to keep these people away from the general public. It should not matter how young they are.
No, I don't think it's right to execute a child, but I do think it's best to keep them in Juvie until they're 18 if they commit violence. Too many innocent children around them who aren't ready for the world.
