Just tell the kids that this guy doesn’t believe there is a Santa because he never got anything for Christmas…….and he never got anything for Christmas because Santa knew he always has been and will always be a disgusting, pompous, worthless piece of poop of a human being. Then have a talk with your sister and ask her why this guy is her “boyfriend” and if this is the type of guy she would want raising her children. Then this guy should be physically throw out into the street.

I had a similar situation. I just explained to the kids that this person has been on the naughty list since he was a kid. He was bad and didnt get presents from Santa and is mad and wants to ruin it for everyone. He has an ugly spirit and likes to make ruin nice things.
The jerk doesnt believe in Santa and so Santa certainly doesnt believe in the jerk so he gets no presents. Not even coal. Santa ghosted him.
