He looked pretty fricked up prior to that kick. How did neither his opponent or the ref notice something was wrong earlier? Christ.

You could see that he was in distress before the kick to the chest. He was trying to get up but his arms gave out. I don't know what they were thinking when he wouldn't roll over. He's definitely in trouble then.

Juvi’s mind must be fricked from drugs and the fat English ref was just as dumb

He held the 3rd count for a second too, like it wasn't supposed to end there.

I’m guessing he got a DVT on the flight to England, then threw a pulmonary embolism. He went from being fine to dead in seconds, without a major bump or head/neck trauma.

They’re saying heart attack but it looks like a stroke. Either way, Rest In Peace.

Just five more wins and he would have been upgraded to Gold King.

Sorry, had to.

This is a tragedy and I’m wondering why it happens to so many high profile Lucha guys.

Some of the Japanese wrestlers? There’s a reason why it happens, as some of those guys work a stiff style where they really beat the shite out of each other. Case in point - Misawa, who was known for working a brutal style.

The referee was just plain dumb. At wh as t point do you understand that the man is in distress?

That was a cartoonish amount of time between an obvious health issue and any help arriving

I was fricking stunned watching that

Also, I shook Juventud’s hand after a house show in Jackson when I was 9

Did you really though?

It's not like your comment was funny or clever.

It is the most memorable thing ever said about Silver King in the US, courtesy Chris Jericho.
