That’s right there off Stanford Campus, one of the more highly coveted areas in the US. Probably a tear down or candidate for large addition.

Menlo Park and Atherton are where a lot of the tech firms get their venture capital funding. Very nice area and good schools.

I chuckle every time a liberal buys a home for this reason.
