Sigma Alpha Epsilon Getting Rid of Pledging Process

Most of the LSU greeks go through a very abbreviated pledgeship these days. Long gone are the whole semester pledge processes.

Don't they need a pledge period to teach the guys the rituals. I mean is some freshman really supposed to come in and automatically know they need to buy costa's with a strap and Sperrys, and how to properly butt chugg.
