In the days of my youth bottle rockets were the choice for neighborhood shoot outs. This guy definitely would take it to the next level.

Those little "illegal" bottle rockets were what you needed, but the illegal whistling ones were GOAT. You had to go to certain firework stands that would would keep them in the back and only sell them to people they knew.
