Sorry to interrupt the bro down...

You didn't mention where it hurts. Rear of shoulder, top of scapula, etc.

I'm assuming it's to the rear side of your armpit.

Try this to do a test/retest.

Put two tennis balls in a sock so that they have about an inch of space in between, then tie a knot.

Lie on your side and place the gap between the balls up into your armpit. You should have one ball contacting your lat/serratus and one ball into your rear shoulder area getting your teres minor, etc.

Slowly rock back and forth. It might hurt a lot if your are all jacked up in there. Do this for about a minute, then move the sock of balls down a couple of inches and do the same thing.

Do this until you get near the bottom of where yours lats are visible.

Stand up and test it out. Better? Arm overhead better?

Tennis balls work fine, but any small ball with a little give will work, even toy balls for kids.

I have had shoulder surgery twice and I have to take it easy now. I am also older. Pay attention to the pain. Sometimes you have to give up the lifting that affects your shoulder for a few days to a week. I know it sucks but it could get worse.

Ohh hey..

I'll be thinking of this post when I'm benching 285 for 3 sets of 6 later today.

Hoisted up 325 about 2 weeks ago.

I remember when I thought I was gay too.

It may pass...

Probably not though

Oh hey... Are we supposed to be impressed?

Or is this an inside joke of some sort?

Either you suck dick, or you do not suck dick.

My physical abilities, in no way, correlate to your sexual preference.
