Should there be a tshirt size between M and L?

A new medium shirt fits perfectly and then you wash it once and it becomes slighlty too small.
Why do Large and Small get X designations but not Medium?
Is this big shirt trying to move more product after shirts shrink?

I only buy shirts that are prewashed for this exact reason.

Yes. 9 times out of 10 medium ends up being too small and large too large for me.

I don’t think the “X” is a half size difference but you keep thinking that. Sounds like you just need to find a brand that fits you.

I wear a XL usually but sometimes they are too short if they shrink at all. Try to buy XLT if I can find them

The shrinkage on an XL is why I go for the XXL

Its called high heat in the dryer. Make your own size.

I've always needed one between Large and XL. I'm not fat, just not a midget.
